About this role

The Project Engineer converts customer opportunities into technically sound, commercially complete quotations and leads awarded programs through tooling, validation, launch, and manufacturing handoff. This role combines front-end estimating with hands-on project engineering for precision thermoplastic injection-molded fluid-management components in a regulated medical manufacturing environment. The position requires managing cross-functional projects from quotation through production launch while ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

Lead awarded programs from customer purchase order through design review, tool build, and production handoff
Develop technically sound quotations by reviewing RFQs, assessing manufacturability, and building cost models
Partner with Quality and Manufacturing to define risk-based validation, qualification scope, and regulatory compliance
