About this role

Leidos' Defense Sensor Business Area is seeking a Project Engineer to support a complex defense development and production program by translating technical scope into executable cost and schedule plans. The role involves partnering with Program Management and Integrated Product Team leadership to maintain alignment between technical execution, schedule performance, and cost performance. The position requires hands-on support in developing Integrated Master Schedules, evaluating earned value management data, and identifying program execution issues to develop recovery plans.

Responsibilities

Partner with IPT leads to integrate technical execution with program cost and schedule objectives
Provide Control Account Manager and Earned Value Management support including variance analysis and forecasting
Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedule including task development and critical path analysis

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Business, Program Management, or a related disciplineMaster's degreeactive Secret clearance
