About this role

The Project Engineering Manager will lead the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of FEED, Pre‑FEED, engineering and EPCM scopes for energy and oil & gas projects in the Middle East, based in Abu Dhabi. The role involves coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships, and supporting proposal development and transition to project execution.

Responsibilities

Lead FEED, Pre‑FEED, and EPCM scopes from initiation to close‑out
Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules and risk registers
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering, controls, procurement and commercial teams
Manage project scope, change, budget and schedule performance
Support proposal development and client presentation activities
