This role is responsible for the end-to-end implementation and technical integration of patient-facing applications across multiple hospital sites, bridging technical development and clinical operations. The position requires frequent travel for on-site requirements gathering, vendor management, and go-live support to ensure seamless system interoperability. It involves guiding technical teams toward project milestones and providing agile support for digital initiatives and troubleshooting.
Lablink Medical Laboratory is the largest private hospital laboratory network in Malaysia, with over 29 hospital laboratories across the country. Established in 1989, Lablink provides a wide range of diagnostic and laboratory tests — including haematology, microbiology, molecular diagnostics, genetic screenings, and more — serving both healthcare professionals and walk-in patients. Lablink Diagnosis Centre in Kuala Lumpur is also the first private laboratory in Malaysia to comply with Bio-Safety Level 3 (BSL3) standards for testing highly infectious diseases.
