Project Executive - Luxury Residential Construction

The Senior Construction Project Manager leads ultra-high-end luxury residential construction projects, including custom homes and penthouses, for a high-end general contracting and construction management firm. The role serves as the senior leader for the Miami luxury residential platform, responsible for overseeing a regional branch with full accountability for project delivery, financial performance, and quality control. It also entails being the strategic steward of quality, setting QA/QC standards and processes from pre-construction through turnover. The position requires deep integration into the Miami luxury residential market and strong existing relationships with high-net-worth clients and top-tier subcontractors.
