Project Finance Associate

The Project Finance Associate supports executive management, lenders, investors, and stakeholders by managing financial models, evaluating financing structures, and providing strategic decision support for the New Terminal One project at JFK Airport. The role involves coordinating with internal and external teams to monitor project costs, ensure covenant compliance, and prepare board-level presentations and financial analyses. This onsite position requires a valid SIDA badge and CBP seal, with potential transition to terminal operations as the project nears completion.
