About this role

The CDC Foundation is hiring a Project Implementation Specialist to support the Connecticut Department of Social Services' Rural Health Transformation Program. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Projects, the role will assist with day‑to‑day implementation, coordination, and monitoring of multiple RHTP projects, ensuring compliance and timely delivery. The position is hybrid, full‑time, and may involve occasional statewide travel.
