BOLD is hiring a senior Data Science lead to use large user datasets to drive product development, build predictive models, and explore NLP/LLM solutions. The role partners closely with Product, Engineering and other teams to deliver data products, improve search and recommendation quality, and keep state-of-the-art methods current. The position includes technical leadership and mentoring responsibilities and may require managing a small team.
