Project Lead - Payroll

Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Project Lead – Payroll to deliver key initiatives across payroll transformation, system enhancements, process improvement, Enterprise Agreement implementation, and acquisition integration. Reporting to the Manager Payroll Projects, the role involves leading projects from planning through to implementation to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll outcomes. The position requires collaboration with Payroll Operations, Industrial Relations, Technology, and HR to drive improvements in payroll processes, systems, and controls.
