Project Lead

The Project Lead will own the end-to-end payroll implementation experience for Homebase customers, acting as the primary point of contact from kickoff through the first payroll run. This role involves collecting and reconciling complex customer data, training customers on the payroll system, and collaborating with sales, product, and engineering to ensure successful onboarding.
