Project Lead

The Project Lead serves as the central point of contact for a Trust scheme, coordinating integration, assurance, and oversight activities to ensure compliant and effective delivery. This role facilitates single-point coordination between the Trust, Directorates, and the wider programme, supporting decision-making by consolidating information on scope, cost, risk, and dependencies. The position enables delivery teams to succeed through proactive coordination, structure, and clarity without directly managing delivery or implementation decisions.
