Project Leader

This role leads a team of Project Leaders within the Optical Connectivity Solutions Technology organization to drive the successful delivery of projects for new product introduction, cost savings, and capability development. The position is responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while coaching team members and facilitating project reviews with senior leadership. The role also involves recruiting new project leaders and building cross-functional networks across the organization.
