Project Leader/Indianapolis Office Lead

The Project Leader/Indianapolis Office Lead manages projects from proposal through completion while helping establish HIPP Design + Consulting's presence in Indianapolis. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with scope, quality, and regulatory requirements. As a founding member of HIPP's first Midwest office, the individual provides local technical leadership, builds client relationships, and supports business development efforts.
