About this role

The Senior Project Manager (Taiwan PM Team Lead) will oversee project delivery for Standard Chartered Bank’s Taiwan portfolio, focusing on capital planning, branch planning, and construction fit‑out projects. The role acts as the primary liaison between internal SCB stakeholders in Taiwan and regional Corporate Real Estate Services, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives, are delivered on time and within budget, and meet branding and compliance requirements. Additionally, the lead will supervise a team of Project Managers, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure operational excellence across all project phases.

Responsibilities

Lead annual and multi‑year capital planning processes
Manage overall project costs, schedules, risks and scope execution
