About this role

Novacore is seeking a Project Management/PMO Intern to join its 2027 Summer Internship Program, gaining hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and executive reporting. The role involves supporting live projects, maintaining project documentation, and learning project management tools and methods from experienced Project Managers. This hybrid internship runs from May 17th through August 5th, with three days onsite at the Conshohocken, PA Home Office and two days working from home.

Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers in maintaining project plans, schedules, and milestone trackers
Support weekly meeting cadence by preparing agendas, sending reminders, and capturing minutes
Help maintain risk, issue, and decision logs and learn to identify risks early and escalate them
