About this role

A Project Manager in the APAC region leads complex, customer-facing implementation programs for travel agency partners and represents the region in global initiatives. The role involves end-to-end delivery governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring alignment between customer objectives and Amadeus solutions. You will operate with autonomy to influence cross-functional teams and evolve project management practices within the organization.

Responsibilities

Lead complex implementation projects and programs for travel agency customers
Ensure project delivery on time and within scope, budget, and quality standards
Establish and maintain robust project governance frameworks and reporting cadence
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control processes
Act as primary interface for customers and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment
