Project Manager – Civil Infrastructure

Spiniero is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex underground utility and heavy civil infrastructure projects throughout the Baltimore metropolitan area. The role oversees projects from preconstruction through closeout, managing safety, scheduling, financial performance, client relationships, and team collaboration while mentoring engineers and coordinating subcontractors.
