Project Manager – Civil Land Development

A full-time, Florida PE-licensed Project Manager will lead civil land development projects from concept through construction, managing client relationships, schedules, budgets, and design teams. This role involves coordinating with multidisciplinary professionals and navigating local, state, and federal permitting processes to deliver successful public and private development projects in Southwest Florida. The position requires strong technical expertise in site grading, stormwater management, and utility design, along with proven experience in project management and client service.
