Project Manager - Construction

MaxIT Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Construction to join a large U.S. organization supporting complex design, construction, and capital improvement initiatives in the Houston area. This role serves as a key member of a Design and Construction management team, overseeing capital projects throughout the design, construction, implementation, and closeout phases. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in new construction, renovations, MEP infrastructure, facilities environments, contractor coordination, project scheduling, cost management, and stakeholder communication.
