About this role

The Project Manager, Construction supports the Director of Construction and Design in executing capital construction and renovation projects across Tryon Medical Partners. This role serves as the day-to-day lead on projects including medical office builds, advanced diagnostics buildouts, and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) projects. The position manages projects from feasibility and design through permitting, construction, and close-out while keeping scope, schedule, and budget on track.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned projects end-to-end including scope schedule budget and milestones
Guide projects through feasibility design development permitting construction and close-out
Review and process change orders pay applications and invoices and prepare budget status reports

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Interior Design or a related fieldPMPLEED APCertified Healthcare Constructor (CHC)
