Project Manager Continuous Improvement

Alfa Laval India is seeking a Project Manager for Continuous Improvement in Satara to drive manufacturing process development aligned with the Alfa Laval Production System and Lean Six Sigma principles. The role focuses on supporting the roll-out of ALPS, fostering a culture of sustainability, quality, delivery, and cost, and ensuring effective communication and training across the site. This position plays a key role in maintaining ALPS standards, conducting audits, and coordinating improvement initiatives to support the factory's operational excellence.
