About this role

This position involves overseeing design and construction projects for healthcare facilities, managing projects from ideation to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of healthcare construction projects including budgets, schedules, design process, construction, FF&E, quality control
Ensure delivery of quality departmental/clinical services in accordance with OhioHealth and regulatory standards
Provide direct supervision of design consultants and contractors
Plan and manage setup and occupancy of new and relocated end user programs
Develop and submit capital budgets and project schedules
