Project Manager, Emergency Management & Planning

The Project Manager, Emergency Management & Planning leads emergency management consulting projects while serving as the primary technical planner for preparedness, mitigation, response, recovery, and resilience initiatives. This role oversees project execution, client engagement, budgets, and schedules to ensure deliverables meet FEMA, NIMS, and applicable federal, state, Tribal, territorial, and local guidance. The position combines project management and lead planning responsibilities to develop critical emergency operations, hazard mitigation, and continuity plans.
