Project Manager – Facilities & Continuous Improvement

The Project Manager – Facilities & Continuous Improvement leads facility-related projects, maintenance improvement initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts across Cleveland Gear’s manufacturing operations. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role serves as a key operational partner to enhance facility reliability, optimize processes, and drive cost savings through Lean manufacturing principles. The position requires a hands-on leader who collaborates cross-functionally to identify operational challenges and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
