Project Manager for Structures

The Project Manager for Structures at Horrocks will take ownership of highway bridge projects from start to finish, including designing, evaluating, and analyzing structures. This role involves preparing designs, cost estimates, and contract documents while managing project budgets and schedules. The position is designed to grow into a leadership role within the New Mexico Structures Group over the next 3–5 years.
