Project Manager-General Construction

The Project Manager will lead planning, organization, coordination, and execution of luxury residential construction projects from startup through completion, serving as the principal company representative and ensuring projects meet schedules, budgets, specifications, and quality standards. This role requires managing clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while overseeing cost, schedule, procurement, contracts, and change orders.
