Project Manager, Heavy Civil / NCDOT

A well-established, self-perform heavy civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead NCDOT roadway, bridge, and utility projects in the Cary and Raleigh markets. The role involves managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, owning budgets and schedules, and serving as the primary contact for NCDOT and other stakeholders.
