Project Manager, Heavy Civil / VDOT

An established, family-owned heavy civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee highway and utility projects across Virginia, with a strong preference for candidates possessing VDOT or other DOT experience. The role involves full ownership of project cost, schedule, and profit from buyout through closeout, while serving as the primary contact for VDOT and owner representatives.
