Project Manager, Heavy Civil / VDOT

An established, family-owned heavy civil contractor is seeking a Project Manager to oversee heavy civil highway and utility projects across Virginia. The role involves owning project cost, schedule, and profit from buyout through closeout, while managing subcontractors, suppliers, and change orders. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in heavy civil, highway, or utility projects, with VDOT or other DOT experience strongly preferred.
