Project Manager HRIS

The Project Manager HRIS leads the end-to-end implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, driving system, process, and data changes to enhance the employee experience and establish sustainable ways of working. This role involves coordinating with People & Culture, Payroll, Technology, Finance, and implementation partners to deliver the project on time, within scope, and within budget. The position focuses on technical delivery, stakeholder engagement, and workforce data governance to improve people processes and payroll integration.
