We are seeking a team-oriented Project Manager I – Engineering to join the Des Moines, IA office and support the growth of our transportation design practice. This role involves managing strategic and mini-mega highway and transportation projects, overseeing their full lifecycle from proposal to delivery, and ensuring quality, on-time, and on-budget performance. The ideal candidate will handle technical discipline tasks, support client negotiations, and lead or mentor project teams while collaborating across disciplines.
