This role is responsible for the overall planning, directing, and coordination of project activities and resources for assigned projects regarding Public Safety products. The position serves as the primary contact for clients throughout their software implementation projects, ensuring successful on-time completion and managing interactions between internal departments, clients, and vendors. The role works with minimal supervision to drive process improvements and maintain customer satisfaction.
