The Project Manager (PMIS) supports the Design & Construction Department by managing financial modules within Procore and facilitating system integration between Procore, Strata, and Infor. This role involves developing 5-year cash flow plans, assisting with bid leveling, and ensuring accurate project financial data alignment across enterprise reporting needs. The position acts as a key liaison between Financial Analysts, Project Managers, and IT teams to maintain operational continuity and compliance.

Responsibilities

Configure and manage Procore financial modules for budget and contract tracking
Develop and maintain 5-year capital and renovation cash flow projections
Support bid leveling and proposal evaluation processes using Procore
Manage data integration between Procore, Strata, and Infor platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project financial reporting

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Finance, Business, or AccountingMinimum 5 years of experience in construction project management and financial controls
