The Project Manager II serves as the Owner’s representative, accountable for delivering complex, mission-critical capital projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. This role drives overall project strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with Owner objectives across scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety. The position provides proactive oversight across design, procurement, and construction while managing risk and coordinating among all stakeholders.
