Project Manager III

The Project Manager III leads, plans, and directs construction management for all assigned projects from start to finish, ensuring goals are accomplished on schedule and within budget. This role involves managing project values cumulatively $8M plus annually, overseeing subcontractors, and maintaining master project schedules. The position requires direct interaction with clients, superintendents, and executive team members to ensure quality, value, and delivery of projects.
