About this role

A Project Manager leads robust project teams to construct high voltage transmission line and substation projects, managing scope, budget, and schedule with moderate complexity and risk.

Responsibilities

Obtains complete project scope definition and communicates scope to team members to gain project alignment and buy-in from cross-functional team members.
Manages the scope, budget, and schedule of small to medium size and/or moderately complex projects; and delivers projects on time and within budget constraints.
Leads the project team in the planning and organization of project logistics, problem solving and processes to drive team velocity and ensure full team engagement and successful project delivery.
Develops/manages project budget, and reviews and approves invoices, vendor proposals, and scope revisions. Develops project forecasts and revises project budgets and forecasts as necessary.
Applies organization and leadership skills to ensure internal and external resources work together to meet project objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited universityFive or more years of relevant experience in project management including scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, or project accountingExperience managing high voltage transmission or large capital construction projects
