Project Manager, Mechanical & Electrical

The Mechanical & Electrical Project Manager provides construction leadership for mechanical, electrical, elevator and site services scopes across pre-construction, construction and startup phases. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the role is primarily site-based in the Greater Toronto Area with occasional travel to the Mississauga head office. The position focuses on coordination between consultants, trades and subcontractors to ensure constructability, quality, commissioning and timely closeout.
