Project Manager, Mechanical

The Project Manager, Mechanical role drives the design, procurement, execution, and turnover of mechanical systems for the Oakridge Park mixed-use development in Vancouver. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, this position provides technical leadership for HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and controls while coordinating across diverse stakeholders including architects, contractors, and vendors. The role is based at the project site office and is critical to delivering successful mechanical scopes across commercial, retail, residential, and public realm components.
