Project Manager-Multifamily Construction

The Project Manager will serve as the owner's advocate and project leader for ground-up multifamily residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. This role involves overseeing preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution while acting as the daily eyes and ears for the ownership team. The position focuses on low-rise multifamily projects ranging from 160 to 200 units with a project value between $40M and $60M.
