Project Manager-Multifamily Construction

The Project Manager will serve as the owner's advocate and project leader for ground-up multifamily residential developments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high standards. This role involves overseeing preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and construction execution while acting as the daily liaison between ownership, contractors, and consultants. The position focuses on low-rise projects ranging from 160–200 units with values between $40M and $60M.
