About this role
Project Manager responsible for delivering construction projects up to £25m from feasibility through to completion, ensuring projects meet quality, safety, compliance and value-for-money standards. The role collaborates with internal stakeholders, consultants and contractors to deliver schemes on time and within budget that support the Trust’s strategic priority of high-quality environments for older people. The post sits within the Trust’s development/estates function and contributes to long-term planning and reporting for major capital programmes.
