About this role

Parsons seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead Oil & Gas facility projects focused on gas processing, compression, and amine systems from kickoff to completion. The role requires managing project scope, schedule, budget, and quality while collaborating with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure safe and profitable delivery. This position is part of the Critical Infrastructure team and requires an on-site presence in Houston, TX for three days a week.

Responsibilities

Lead successful delivery of Oil & Gas processing and compression projects
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and overall execution
Coordinate with engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients
Monitor project risks and implement corrective solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering10+ years in project delivery or managementProfessional engineering registration preferredExperience in midstream and gas facility projectsKnowledge of industry regulations and processes
