Project Manager – Painting & Reconstruction

This role involves managing approximately 15–20 active construction projects from turnover through closeout, overseeing budgets, schedules, and field coordination for a Southern California contractor specializing in HOA, multifamily, and commercial painting and reconstruction. The Project Manager will serve as the primary operational contact for clients, coordinate with Superintendents and field crews, and ensure project profitability and quality standards are met. This position offers direct access to executive leadership and the opportunity to help shape the company's project-management structure.
