Project Manager - Pharmacy Mergers & Acquisitions

Altruix is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead the execution of pharmacy acquisitions, integrations, De Novo builds, and relocations. This role translates approved growth opportunities into actionable project plans and drives execution from pre-close or initial planning through launch, stabilization, and transition to ongoing operations. The Project Manager coordinates cross-functional teams, maintains accountability for milestones and deliverables, identifies and escalates risks, and supports multiple concurrent projects while strengthening Altruix’s repeatable M&A and De Novo implementation processes.
