About this role

Overseeing assigned capital projects at application enterprise locations, including full lifecycle project management from planning and design through construction and project closeout, coordinating with internal stakeholders, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Responsibilities

Manage planning, design, and construction of capital projects, including new buildings and renovations at applicable enterprise location.
Coordinate and oversee both external contractors and in-house maintenance staff during construction and renovation activities.
Develop, maintain, and take accountability for project scope, schedule, and budget in alignment with client needs and organizational goals.
Assist in preparation and management of contracts for architectural and engineering consultants and oversee design activities through construction administration.
Lead bidding, award, and construction execution processes to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering5 years directly related experience in healthcare or higher education capital project management
