Project Manager – STEP Process & Data Integration

The STEP E2E Process & Data Integration Project Manager is responsible for driving the integration of business and technology processes within Sandoz’s STEP transformation program, aligning data and systems across the enterprise. The role supports design and delivery of an integrated digital core across platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Veeva, Workday and LabVantage to enable global operations. It requires cross-functional collaboration with technology and business stakeholders to ensure process harmonization and successful transition to operational environments.
