Project Manager, Substation

North Houston Pole Line is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-voltage substation construction projects within its transmission operations. This role manages the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, subcontractors, change management, and client relationships, from kickoff through energization and closeout. The Project Manager serves as the primary representative to the utility client and works closely with field leadership to deliver safe, timely, and financially successful projects.
