Project Manager – Wet Utilities / Underground Utilities

An experienced Project Manager is needed to lead underground wet utility projects involving water, sewer, and storm drain systems across Southern California. This hands-on leadership role owns the full project lifecycle from pre-construction handoff through closeout, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery. The position requires strong skills in budget control, schedule performance, subcontractor management, and client coordination for both public and private sector infrastructure work.
