About this role

This role leads end-to-end delivery for Zafin’s customers, overseeing cross-functional teams to ensure projects align with strategic roadmaps and achieve desired customer outcomes. Reporting to the Delivery Executive, the position works in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and supports transformation programs across the organization. The role also supports governance, stakeholder communications, and client-facing engagements while operating in an onsite/offshore delivery model.
