Project Manager

The Project Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of Flow’s real estate development projects in Riyadh, acting as the owner’s representative across feasibility, design, procurement, construction, and handover. The role ensures assets meet global standards for cost, schedule, quality, sustainability, and brand consistency while coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, authorities, and lenders. It is a senior leadership position responsible for aligning development with Flow’s brand and customer experience vision and ensuring seamless transition to operations and facilities management.
